Interestingly, I had got the email from B&H and used it for a 10-24mm.

A day later I was like I finally want to get the 90mm, I reached out to B&H and asked them if they could issue another promo code for me - they responded and said no.

Then I saw Alex's kind post here and I used his code which worked fine.

Both items are shipping to me.
