I have not posted anything in this forum for months. I am hoping that at least some of you still remember me...

During this time I have not touched the camera (maybe with exception of a few very occasional work related product photo sessions). I have not hiked either.

In California, the month of February was dry and unusually warm this year. Come March, cloudy sky became an usual sight, and today it started raining in the Bay Area. Contradicting common reason approach, I went for a walk in the rain. (I have always been a rebel.) The rain kept coming in waves, so it was not that bad.

There was a lot of birds around, some of them very aggressive because of the mating season (Canada geese, for instance). I decided to post a few bird pictures from this walk. Nothing extraordinary, but my plan is to gradually get back normal photo activity and start doing better.

..great pictures from your P1000 camera..

..actually, I have been in similar situation..

..I also have not touched my cameras for many months (6 months)..

..hopefully both of us will start using our camera more often now..
