So, I created brand new IG account and posted my pictures there, all with correct hashtags and some captions.

72 pictures ... and got total of 3 likes.

You'll probably have to resort to English here to get sympathy.
Don't you have to accumulate Brownie points by liking everyone else's on the planet first ?

Volunteer, what could possibly go wrong ?

I want to know whether my images suck or instagram is indeed blocking people from seeing my pictures :(

Probably the punters at the Android or Mobile Photography would have a better idea how long these things take.

More importantly, do you like the pictures?

Patience, less than a day old, will take time and will grow.

Pictures are fine, have followed you on IG :-)

What's your instagram username? Post a link...

Instagrams a community and you get out of it what you put in, it's like starting a buisiness where you network and create contacts the more you reach out the more you get noticed.

There is no such thing as "correct" hashtags. Find similar images that get the attention you think yours should get, and note the hashtags and (appropriate) user tags. Note what you think makes them special, and if possible, what other people think makes them special (might be noted in comments). Also note how long that account has existed, and how many followers they have.

You posted them within the past 24 hours?

I'm curious, what were your expectations?

If you posted all of the images--or most of them--within a 24 hour period, and used redundant hashtags, you probably fit the profile of a spammer in the eyes of IG's algorithm. If that is the case, you've been shadow banned.

A way of checking is to visit a hashtag and see if your images show up. If they don't show up in the hashtag, you've been shadow banned.

"Instant fame and self-gratification".

The photos are quite anonymous. How are they expected to grow a great following?

Try photographing pretty girls. Then I'd follow you.

Even better is a famous pretty girl photographing herself, in glamorous locations worldwide, while wearing cute fashions, and providing inspirational and eminently shareable messages on her feed. She then frequently replies to comments as if her fans are her closest and best friends.

Unfortunately all of that is rather difficult to arrange. But don’t let the best be the enemy of the good!

Not bad for a start. It takes a while to build reach.

I don't know how you posted, but you may have hurt yourself if you posted 72 all at once, or all in one day. If you don't have a record of likes or followers IG may not be showing your photos to very many people. Or, as someone noted, may have marked you as a spammer.

The usual advice is post once or twice a day, every day, to build following. Many say you should change up your hashtags, don't use the same tags on every photo.

Spend some time liking, commenting and following people with interests similar to yours. Build a community.

I don't know your goals, but the basic rule is put in consistent effort over time -- if you have something to offer your efforts will pay off.
