Hi All,

I am looking for a DSLR backpack, specifically for my strobes.

I currently have a DSLR roller bag with all my camera equipment in and a large carry roller with all my stands, strobes etc in, which allows me to carry everything in one go (no need for multiple trips), however both the bags are pretty heavy.

The reason for the backpack is so that i can distribute the weight and lighten up my other bags, still allowing me to make one trip and carry all at once.

The equipment i would like to fit into the backpack is the following:

- Godox AD600 (Battery, charger etc)
- Godox Extension Head (H600B)
- Godox AD200 (Battery, charger etc)
- Few other smaller accessories

I have done a little research and I have seen the following:

Pro Light backpack RedBee-210
Pro Light backpack RedBee-310

Really like the look of them, plus they will match my current roller bag i have :) (a little OCD like that lol) - just not sure if all the above will fit.

I dont want anything too big and bulky, essentially something like the Profoto backpack.

Do you guys have any suggestions for a backpack that will carry my flash equipment?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Umz,

It sounds like you've already done your research. Ideally you'll want to choose a backpack suited specifically to your own needs. Both bags seem quite adequate to fit your current gear.

What's next?

Purchase and give your opinions here that other users may have some insight and possibly help make up their minds as to a suitable backpack they too can invest in.

Hi all,

an update as promised. i ended up purchasing the Manfrotto Redbee 310. Its a great looking bag and very well insulated. Great thing is, all my equipment fits, its just the right size. Ive attached some photos.

I can carry all this in one go, and weight has been distributed well, which means bags are not too heavy :)

just need to test this out in the field now.

Thanks all
