Well... maybe, depending on your definition of "control".I already had couple Godox/Flashpoint flashes for Sony. If I buy a XT1-F trigger, can it control the Sony flashes? Does anyone know? thank you.
Good to know. Thank you. I also have a V860II-S but it would never go with me unless it is a photo assignment.Well... maybe, depending on your definition of "control".I already had couple Godox/Flashpoint flashes for Sony. And, I'm assuming that you want to put an X1T-F on your X-T30, not a Sony body.
The 350 mini flashes and the X1R receivers are actually not designed to do cross-brand TTL. My TT350-O, if I try to use it with an XPro-C on my 5DMkII will only fire in full power if I set TTL. If I set M, I get full power control. I get sync, and (surprisingly), I also get HSS.
When I complained about no TTL to the Flashpoint support guys at Adorama, I was told, "The TT350 is not designed for cross-brand TTL." Someone else on dpreview has said that TTL works with their TT350-S cross-brand for Sony and Nikon, though, so it may be dependent on your gear combination.
My TT685-C, however, has no such issues. It works fine in TTL/HSS/with M power control from my Xpro-O, Xpro-C, and XPro-F.
There are, however two additional issues with Fuji Godox gear, depending on the trigger you're using. With the X1T-F, you have to be a v03 or later to get HSS with the TT600/V850II speedilghts (and XTR16/XTR16s receivers). And you have to be in M mode for that to work.
The XPro-F does not do HSS at all with the TT600 or V850II.
Aside from those possible limitations, it should work. At least for sync and power control. But if it doesn't, the culprit is most likely the TT350, and you may want to consider a TT685 instead.
