I found this post........

I took the following photo when I was practising on some lighting techniques. In this photo, I put the subject in a dark room on a black valvet and make sure the subject is far away from the closest background. Then I secured the camera on the tripod, turned off camera's flash, and used a flashlight to point to part of the subject to get partial light.

Was going to reply but did not feel like registering, I may later.

My reply to this post is it is,
The technique you describe is called Painting with Light

Steven,

Thanks for registering and pointing out the name of the technique. I'll make the change. Thanks for sharing with us your site and look forward to your visits/posts.

a nice pleasing style but since it doesn't allow one to enlarge fonts I will probably have to view it in Opera and lose the 'atmosphere' you've created.

I were glasses and have found more and more sites are locked into a small font making it difficult to read. This is especially hard on forums.

I will return to it when i have time to check out the content.

Thank you for your comments and taking time to check it out. There is a option for users when they post the message to select large fonts. But users cannot select fonts when they read the message. Yes, I agree with you that it is a limitation. Please let me know which specific part of the fonts are too small: the message body, link, menu?

The message body's fonts are a little larger than dpreview's message body fonts.

Thanks again for pointing this out!
