Got an amazing deal on the XP-15000 and needed to replace my R1900 which was in bad shape. Are there any Epson paper profiles available to anyone's knowledge? I don't see them at the Epson site and thought sure, by now, they would have them. Thanx!

Usually the standard Epson installation routine will install not only the driver but also several ICC profiles for the more common Epson papers. So e.g. in the U.S. you go to:

https://epson.com/Support/Printers/...ers/XP-Series/Epson-XP-15000/s/SPT_C11CG43201

and download the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer, run it, and you should find several profiles installed.

Only a very few ICC profiles for just a few Epson papers, provided with the XP-15000 printer, unlike my 3880, which comes with many profiles for all the Epson and quite a few non-Epson papers. To date, Ilford, who are normally very on the ball with profiles and is my favourite inkjet paper (Galerie Gold Silk and Smooth Pearl), have no profiles yet for the XP-15000. I am impressed with the XP-15000. None of the endless head cleaning, ink wasting and feed problems I have with my Canon Pixma Pro-1. That is the worst printer I have ever had in over 20 years of photo printing.

The reality is that Epson doesn't really consider the 15000 to be 'fine art' (by some mystery definition) so they don’t bother to make/distribute profiles for it.
