I am new to the Sony world. I wonder if there is date code on the Sony, Zeiss or Sigma E-mount lens available to determine the manufacture date/location of the lens? Many thanks.

You’ll have to decode it from the serial number. You can try googling for Sony serial number decoder to see where that takes you.
