hello.. i bought a used d700 and when i am looking trough the viefinder especially in blue or white sky when i zoom and is out of focus i noticed that there is noise. is not looking like a dust or something but is noise everywhere in viewfinder, but this noticeable only if its out of focus , i test the same lens 28-200 to the fuji s5 and there is not visible the same noise. is this natural? or i have to clean something?

Noise? As in dust?

Whichever, marks one would see in the viewfinder are not marks on the sensor.

The marks you are seeing would be on either one of the focus screen surfaces, the bottom of the prism. Worst case, its deeper inside the camera. My D810 has one pesky dust piece on the internal display overlay - the one that shows the focus points.

The sensor is not used when you look through the view finder. You are seeing through the lens. It does reflect off the mirror. So either the lens is dirty or the mirror is dirty.

That isn’t noise.

With matte focusing screens, out of focus areas will shimmer, and that is intended. It is a focus aid. The shimmering will go away when you are in focus.

I confused with my mirroless camera . it seems that the problem is the focus screen. is a kind of mat and grainy. this is visible when out of focus in white sky.

Yes.! it looks that the focus screen is mat and when out of focus is a bit grainy . is this normal? is not look like a dust. but the fuji s5 it looks more clear.
It sounds completely normal (for a D700) to me.

Neither a dirty lens nor a dirty mirror would cause what the OP is describing.
