Add Meyer Optik Gorlitz to list of lens manufacturers in the DPR lens search options list.

Whereyou search by lens manufacturer.

Any other manufacturers not listed, to be added??

That would be a nice addition as their optics are good for a very decent price.

I used some in the past with some of my Nikon body's.

I will see if I still have some images stored on one of my external disks.

They're Leica clones that are very affordable in price, no doubt many people will be interested in them.

I have seen Myer Optik that are clones of Mitakon lenses, one that is a clone of a Zenit lens (itself derived from a Zeiss design) and re-creations of their own lenses like the Trioplan, but I haven't seen a Leica design .

You are confused by the specs. The Leica and the Mitakon 50mm 0.95 do not share the same design.

Here is a description by a user that has both and includes the Canon version too :

The Mitakon has 10 elements in 7 groups(extra glass explains +grams), the Noct, 8/5 and the Canon 7/5. Mitakon contains 4 extra low dispersion elements, the Noctilux has 5 partial dispersion lenses. The Mitakon will focus in half the distance of the others at 1/2 meter. The Noctilux does come in Silver. The Canon originally was in a bayonet mount particular to the Canon 7 camera. My copy was converted to Leica M mount by KevinCamera.

Well they clone lenses from several brands not only Leica ones,

I was not talking about Leica vs Mitakon lens designs.

I said Meyer..... is cloning Leica lenses.

I just proved that what you stated was wrong, about the 2 50mm f0.95, so now give me one example of a Myer lens that is a copy of a Leica lens.
