Rangefinders vs others

To be more precise about this, even your CVF is not truly CVF since most (all?) DSLR-type EVF are really decentered and left-leaning...
Centered on the lens and sensor axis
Granted, and you forgot "centered on the rear screen". That being said, what advantage does this have over a true left-side EVF as SGA mentions: "For me, the CVF wins for usability."

That does not even take into account the fact that most "RF-style" bodies from Panny have "flip-up" EVF which is really appreciated by most owners of such bodies.

Let us celebrate the choice we have in M43. Be happy we have the option of two body styles.

If I was right eye dominant the RF style body would be of some interest. As am not my choice is for the centred view finder.

Sorry, but I don't understand why (and remember, I'm left-eye dominant myself)...

I wonder why they don’t put slightly deeper front grips on the rangefinder bodies. You’re using it with at least a pancake lens anyway so it isn’t going to be sticking out. EM10 doesn’t have a big front grip but it does help

I'm left eyed too, but prefer the left location of my Pen F as it gives me more room on the right side to operate the controls. I do keep the LCD closed most times as can be attested to by the nose oil on the back of my LCD.
