No, doesn't work.

In an interview some time back an Oly boss indicated that Oly and Pana use different stabilisation algorithms so never the two shall meet. So it probably will never happen.
I believe the expression is "Never the twain shall meet" but otherwise, quite right.

Just nitpicking... ;-)
Meanwhile the rules for Panasonic OIS on Olympus bodies is on my page at http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~parsog/olyepl1/30-oly-stabilisation.html

I deliberately wrote two instead of twain just so I wouldn't seem so old fashioned, and also to see who would bite. Chomp, chomp. :-)

Well... I'm on the verge of being considered "matured" with a classical education so I don't consider "old fashioned" as negatively as you do ... :-)

BTW, do you call the author of Tom Sawyer Mk II?

No, I call him Sam Clemens, or if you need his pen name then Mk2 does it for me, none of those silly old Roman numerals.

Yes, I did 3 year of Latin and Ancient Greek at high school and promptly forgot the lot when I departed many years ago. Though it was useful in teaching me who Xenophon was.

Damn, the time is now III past VIII, must go get breakfast.
