Rebooting YI 4k+ Motherboard

Does anyone know how to reset or reboot a YI 4k+ motherbaord. I cannot get the camera started. I only get three flashes of blue led on the power button. The screen is working because I see it light up, but nothing shows up. ( no icons). Or is there a way to reload the bootloader or something.

Try this - perhaaaaaps it helps: download newest firmware v1.4.12, rename *.bin to firmware.bin, copy it to root directory of a microsd card. Battery should full charged.

Insert microsd card and switch on camera. Good luck!

I have tried all those things and without any success. I think the bootloader on the motherboard no longer works, or the boot up program in eprom no longer works or is not there. That why I was asking whether there is a way to reflash the board. Thanks kenoshapentax
