Mamiya/Phase One to digital back serial protocol and more

After a lot of tidying up all my work on Kodak firmwares went open source on GitHub here. These contain

• sources of all the tools I have devised (to aid firmware explorations, to extract built-in profiles from DCR files, to remap the sensor etc)
• some of the source code from Kodak firmwares I reverse-engineered
• sources for all the firmware patches that I have done (in assembler)
• detailed description of Mamiya/Phase One camera to digital back communication protocol

All the sources are have been released under GPL license. All of the sources (except firmware patches) are written in C/C++ and come with Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 project files (that should make it easier to compile).

I am glad it can be of use to someone and that I can give those great cameras another lease of life
