I think this is going to be a truly excellent combination. Three high ISO images of my dog in his personal chair, all straight out of camera. (I'm pretty much limited by weather and illness to shooting indoors for the time being.)

There isn't a lot of pixel-level sharpness here, but that 3D rendering is superb! It really looks fantastic when downsized a little. Such a cute dog, and he looks as disappointed as you are that there aren't better picture opportunities available. Here's hoping that conditions improve for you soon!

He's not thrilled by the winter weather, that's for sure. I am pretty pleased by the lens's performance so far. Expect I can get even better results once I know the camera better and can use some faster shutter speeds and lower ISOs.
 
Nice combo, sweet pics. Yardcoyotes need to get outside, so get well soon.
