Absoluetly.... Not only the screen and EVF fluctuates in a cycle but the Lightmeter does too !!!! Making any use of the camera totally random... This is unacceptable for a camera of this value.

What light? Were shutter settings used vasty different during this test? In daylight, or home/store lighting (such as fluorescent or compact fluorescent lamps). In the light ( no pun intended ) of what I saw this morning, after trying 2 more X-E3, an XT-2 and another 24mp Fuji... ALL had the same behavior with some DEL.... No matter what setting is being used.... I am really surprised it has not been mentioned anywhere since the release of the X-pro 2....... Makes me wonder how come no reviews came even close to mention anything and let the consumer be the guinea pig again.... :-(
Thanks for this. I may look back into an XE-3.Today's new firmware states that it does fix the issue.

Hi ! how did you reset the camera?I just received my XE3 today and found that I had the flickering problem, too. However, I did a full reset of my camera and the problem seems to have been fixed. I hope it's a permanently fix of the problem and will keep you up guys up to date if anything changes.
Interestingly, I also had a problem whereby I couldn't turn off the picture preview after taking a picture. Apparently, it was acting as if no SD card was inside the camera even though there was one--I guess pictures are previewed no matter what the setting of the camera is on if no SD card is in the slot. This problem was also fixed with the camera being reset. FYI.
Resetting the camera can be found in the user settings menu. However, before you do that, make sure you have the latest firmware for your camera and lenses, as that pretty much fixes the flickering problem.Hi ! how did you reset the camera?I just received my XE3 today and found that I had the flickering problem, too. I am having several issues :
- flickering when the ISO or the shutter speed is too low with lightbulbs. Say i'm underexposed, it will start fickering, doesnt happen if i am exposed correctly or overexposed. especially with B&W
- Preview pictures are desaturated compared to what i see in both the back screen and EVF. I don't know why.
- Vignetting happens also sometimes when i reduced the exposure either with ISO or aperture or speed.
