This was my first ever digital camera, the one that started it all.
At the time I purchased it, it was one of the few consumer-level digital cameras available. It still wasn't cheap. I remember that I thought long and hard before making the decision to purchase it.
At 3MP, picture quality was fine by standards at the time.
Battery life was extremely poor, which was the main reason I stopped using it.
User interface is unlike any other I've used since, although it's easy to understand.
Features were limited. Even in ‘macro mode’, I had to distance the camera far away from the subject.
It wasn’t a perfect camera, then or now, but it was a promising start, and I wish that Kodak kept going.
