This is one fantastic image of a beautiful Donna.
 
I concur. A delightful image indeed and appropriate use of shallow dof to create that surreal background. Little point for next time - you could have crowned her beautifully if you had moved half a step to your right. I'm nitpicking of course.

Thanks David. Had I had a cooperative subject I would have done a few things differently, but she made it clear that she didn't like having her photo made and she gave me one shutter click and that was it!

A lovely portrait, and you did get a gracious smile and posture out of your interaction, despite her reluctance I suppose. And there's the 095 signature look, which does add it's own dimension to the image. The strong blue background works very well, not overpowering, but moving the subject forward towards the viewer.
