Please help me which one is better alternative for me? I want to use for photography and for my independent documentary and music video projects. (Video performance is important) Nikon d750 enough or not? Thank you for advices!

How about a third option? A camera from the Sony or Panasonic lines, or a Fuji X-T2 or Olympus E-M1 II … all are better options with video in mind.

For serious video without a full crew I would steer clear of DSLRs. Why buy a camera that is built around an optical viewfinder that you can't use when shooting video?

Panasonic's GH4 is generally seen as the camera of choice if you want a still camera that does good video, otherwise why not get a real camcorder?

The D810 is a high resolution camera for infinite crop and/or large prints, The D750 a great all rounder FX camera.

They both shoot video but I agree with AlbertInFrance If video is your main thing check a dedicated videocamera, I used the blackmagic pocket for many projects, is an amazing "film" like camera and with the use of an adapter I could use all my Nikon lenses.

Are you limited to manual focus with Nikon glass? If you can get autofocus, how reliable is it?

yes only manual focus (but you get monitor focus peak assist) once you get used focusing is not an issue. You can get auto focus with some Panasonic lenses (full list of supported lenses (that communicate with the camera) on pocket website. The main point of this camera is to give you the usability (plus and minuses) and controls of a film camera not a video camera.
