A few years back I got to make a company visit to the factory in England where they engineer the F1 cars and build the McLaren road cars - It's a very impressive site and not what you might initially expect. Amongst other things I got to see their mini museum of Formula One cars going back to Jim McLarens first F1 car. I wish I'd been able to take a camera into the site and had a free half hour in the museum, it was quite inspiring.

If you ever visit the Netherlands... you need to visit this Car museum it's one of world's biggest privately owned car collections, you can brings camera's video ect without any restrictions.

Louwman museum

Most images are taken by me during my Pro times and before I got handicapped by rheumatism and an condition called Polyneuropathy and small fiber neuropathy + muscle problems as a result of it.

Marti, sorry to hear about your illness, I hope you still manage to get some fun from your gear. I watched the video of the Louwman museum and it looks brilliant - I've mentally bookmarked it for the next time I'm in Holland.

Just been in the hospital again for complete MRI scan of my spinal court and upper legs this to see if nerves are blocked or even more deteriated then a few months ago.

I still can smile and with some aids I still can do some photography.
