Thanks in advance for your help

Good for lens type 18-135mm, 16-85mm.
Is not good for 70-200mm.

I chose because I have two belts and is very, very comfortable.

Legs, I keep them folded, never use them.

A friend of mine bought as you have in the photo and now he sorry, that is not comfortable, and really is inconvenient.

He bought him because he was a little cheaper.

He stingy useless, and now he really sorry.

Buy and you will not be sorry.

Thanks Valeriu. Appreciated your input.

It is very useful when using lenses like the 70-200mm, 150-500mm.
He give you a safe to your hand, and resting the hand.

It is not in the way at all, and is comfortable. I don't have the K-70 yet, but I have it on the K-3 and the K-5IIs (as well as a Sony a6000). Here is more info and photos on the manufacturer's site:

Claude, lately I've been using this:

https://www.peakdesign.com/product/straps/clutch/

It easily detaches, and since it is part of a system, you can switch it out for a strap when you need a strap (you do have to buy the strap separately though). It also adjusts very easily. Furthermore the plate at the bottom is Arca-Swiss compatible so you can set it on an Arca-Swiss style tripod head.

Hi Claude,

I've been using Camdapter grip straps on all of my DSLRs for over 10 years. I have a couple of the ProGrips and Premium ProGrips at this time and use both their Arca Swiss mount plates and generic Arca Swiss Plates with a strap loop which I've found from various sources for less cost.

When I started using grip straps, these were easily the highest quality, but many other alternatives have been marketed since then, so I can't say that's still the case now, though I'm confident they are and will remain high on the list.

I use the Joby Ultraplate hand strap which is a lot like the one in the OP photo.

It keep the camera close in hand, and comes with a Swiss Arca compatible plate where the bottom of the strap attaches, so it can go right onto your tripod. The plate also has 1/4-20 threads for attaching other stuff if necessary (I use the Ultrafit shoulder strap as well with can attach there). Like $22 at Amazon.

Super secure since it's always attached to the tripod mounting plate. And you get a decent Arca plate even if you take the hand strap off.
