GR II. It's designed from the ground up for street. I use the OVF and snap focus at night, and the X-70 LCD can not be turned off. The GR II can. And the 1-handed operation is essential IMO.
Don't think in terms of these limited cameras as the poster above suggests. I've read of street photogs that uses a 90mm equivalent lens, the 45mm Olympus on a GM1 or GM5. Another well known street guy uses a EM10 with a mix of lenses. Many use full size DSLRs. Its about your vision.
