Experience sending Zeiss touit lens for updating.

Has anyone had experience sending in Zeiss touit lens for updates. How long does a t take and how fast do they ship it back?

Has anyone had experience sending in Zeiss touit lens for updates. How long does a t take and how fast do they ship it back?

I was...amazed by my own experience. I bought my Touits from B&H....and these lenses were conventionally treated by local Zeiss as non official. However, Zeiss simply took my lenses and spent 10 minutes only.

Do you remember what service and speed they shipped it back?

Also did they clean the lens? should I remove the uv filter?

Its on its way and they shipped it out on Friday.
