Anyone that is having this problem please call Sony and report it. If enough people complain eventually they will look in to the issue. Here is the number. 1-800-222-7669
I took my camera and lens into a camera store yesterday and tried different adapters different cameras and different lenses and different combinations of each. It happens with all combinations so it HAS to be firmware. And it needs to get resolved!
Asked if there was any professional support and was told no. Not impressed with Sony's support at this point. I love my Sony equipment, but they need to get their professional support down.
Thanks Graham! Shows you how knowledgeable the support person was. I told him I was sure that there was a Professional Support and he insisted it was only for video and not still. Not very reassuring on their effectiveness.
