Has anyone attended Scott Kelby's tour?

My wife is excited about Scott Kelby coming to our city with his Shoot Like a Pro tour and wants us both to attend. Has anyone attended this tour and can recommend it? I have sat through quite a few photography seminars so I am not interested in yet another "how to use your camera" type workshops, but I've heard this one goes above and beyond, and if so, it may be worth the money. Would love to hear from anyone who has been there and done that.

I would recommend it. Like you, I have attended many photo seminars, but I never miss the Kelby ones when opportunity arises. Always learn something new.

I recommend it. Haven't been to the reloaded tour but found the Shoot like a Pro tour last year in Charlotte NC very good. He puts a very good presentation together. I'm knowledgeable and found I still learned a good bit. He's able to come up with new material or a different twist on things. Scott is entertaining too so that's half of it right there. Reasonably priced too. You'll get to talk with fellow photographers as well.

I would like for the scheduling to be done further in advance though. Other than that no complaints.

Shoot Like a Pro Reloaded is not about using your camera. It covers many topics (in detail) around composition, lighting, portfolio and copyright, plus the stuff no one else will tell you. It's about making pictures that tell stories and convey who 'you' are as a photographer, while technical stuff like shutter speed, aperture and ISO are important fundamentals, this seminar is not about that, it will make you think about how you 'as the photographer' can create amazing images that resonate.

Scott does an amazing job of sharing his experience and knowledge in the subject using stories, examples and humour. I think its a great seminar that anyone who wants their photography to be more than buttons, dials and settings should attend. Its a seminar I would be happy to attend again.

This is not your average/conventional seminar, don't judge it based on other seminars. Go, Do, Enjoy.. I did and it's the best thing I've done.

I attended one a couple years ago, and glad I did. Learned some stuff, the cost wasn't a lot, and got a bunch of discounts and some freebies. And like others mentioned, Scott is entertaining, and puts on a good show. I'd go again if it were close by.

I was lucky enough to attend the London one this year. A cracking day, Learned loads, and amazing value for a whole day to be honest. Scott Kelby is by a long chalk one of the best Speakers / Teachers and makes the day so much fun to keep you enthralled in what you are learning. Really can't recommend this high enough if you work in Lightroom or photoshop. Gets my total thumbs up if you have the opportunity DO IT! Money VERY well spent
