11fps and quick focus makes me happy capturing my kids playing. I just wish the battery life would have been better. I just bought another battery pack to take care of that. You just cannot beat the features it gives at that cost. An extra battery pack never hurts anyway.
I was a long time Canon enthusiast user with D350 (yes, I know. Old but it worked for me), 70-200/2.8, 17-50/2.8 and 105M/2.8 lenses. I was planning to replace the camera with a newer one this year to complement my collection of fast lenses but everything got stolen! phew! gone.
I looked for a good and cost effective camera and bought A6000 to see if it was worth the investment. And it is! I can almost shoot blind with this and still get good shots. (A little overboard statement, but you get what I mean)
Totally happy with A6000. Good job SONY.
