NX1 Fuzzy Screen and machine not working

Dear all,

i purchased NX1 with 16-50mm S Lens two months ago.

I did not use it too much. Today i had an issue which is that i am getting a noise from the body constantly and also get an fuzzy strange screen. I can not even see my menu or anything. All functions and buttons of camera are not working. It was happened suddenly. I have still this issue. Do you know why i have that problem suddenly? Do you have any recommendation?

I've never had or heard of that problem. Take the battery out for a couple of minutes then replace it. See if that helps.

Take it to the service center if under warranty.
