Posting an example is always a good idea, but if you use a scanner, it should have a "negative" setting.Hi All
Just took my negatives from shop and tried scanning and inverting the color but however I dont get the proper color but a light blue tint...
How do I go about getting the colors back

Just inverting still leaves the inverse of the orange base (the blue cast you mentioned). Scanning under the "color negative" setting will roughly balance out the image, though you always need to go back and do post processing to get these things looking halfway decent.[ATTACH alt="there you please help said:1041553[/ATTACH]

This looks like a scan made with a scanner that doesn't support film scanning. Or at least used document mode.Hi All
