I'm not sure what anti shock is. Its on Menu - Gear E - anti shock

I hear there is less vibration so my pictures will be sharper if I use it. However when I use anti shock I can't use continuous shooting. The high speed and low speed continuous are greyed out until I turn off anti shock.

I guess I should use anti shock for one at a time shooting but is there a way to switch off anti shock and turn on continuous shooting with a function button? If the situation demands rapid shooting there isn't really time to go find Menu Gear K and then find the control to turn on rapid continuous shooting. If you want to switch to rapid shooting there should be a way to rapidly enable it.

0s anti-shock is a way to get rid of any shutter shock that may be causing vertical blur in your images. Many have found it is very lens and focal length dependent though. After testing my most used lenses through a range of shutter speeds, I always have 0s anti-shock on (though it is only enabled at speeds slower than 1/320). If you enable the Super Control Panel (SCP) it is very easy to switch back to continuous shooting with the need arises (with the OK button rather than entering the menu system). Personally, I think the only way to decide whether you should use anti-shock or not is to test your system and see if you notice a difference in sharpness for shots slower than 1/320.
