keychain mini digital cameras

Some electronic super stores and office supply stores have the Argus DC1500 on sale for about $20. It is about the size of some of the popular digital cameras and regular price is about $35. I think the resolution is about 480x640 which is fine for viewing on the computer. I bought my 10 yr old grandson an identical one for Christmas last year (made by another company) and he had a ball with it for about ....3 days. (Ha!) I don't know whether he still uses it or not. It comes with it's own softare.

I'm thinking the key chain cameras could not be as good. It will depend on the child's interests as to whether he uses it past the "new" period.

I think she might have been talking about the 2.1 megapixel called minismart3 from Mustak all over ebay for 95 dollars.Looks like a super sharp camera except someone from my wireless said cameras like this will be available to be attached to your wireless phone coming year.I don't know how good the Mustek name is for 115 dollars with tax but it looks super small and (cheap) .Now if it was casio, I would go for it.

Mustek Gsmart 3 gives really nice pictures in the right conditions. (Good light, preferably outdoors)

I think it's well worth the money. The problem with these small cameras is the viewfinder, because they are rather unusable. And of course these small cameras are rather hard to hold still when taking pictures.
