I bought my 717 from Dbuys .It was not my first purchase from them. They may not be as good as B&H but as far as the other NYC low ball rip off shops they are definitely a few notches higher.I think their feedback shows this.
They will deliver for the advertised price however I am not sure about how they rate with regards to restocking fees or other problems.The abiguity is what you pay for/contend with when shopping for low prices. So far I've been very fortunate doing this.

I bought my 717 from them and had no problems. Also, no high pressure for additional accessories. And the camera got to my house sooner than I expected. The serial number was in the list but I had already anticipated that and wasn't bothered by having to reship it to Sony. I received the camera on a Thursday, called Sony Thursday night and got a shipping label emailed to me. I dropped the camera off at FedEx on Saturday morning and it was waiting for me when I got home from work on Wednesday.

I bought my f717 from DBuys. The serial number was on the list, but I wasn't too surprised by that. The service was quick. The salesman did inform me of certain accessories that were "on sale" at the time of my purchase, but I politely declined and he did not press the issue. I also bought a video camera from DBuys several months ago, and had a good experience with that. I think DBuys is definitely one of the better Brooklyn mailorder shops.
