Went for a hike today at the Cheltenham Badlands area.

A messy snowy start to November - we have our first dusting of the white stuff and the trail was muddy!

K-3 with the WR DA*16-50mm.

Cheers

Very nice shots, one question; have the enviro-busybodies banned people from walking on the Badland hills yet? I heard they wanted to.

Thanks Mike.

Thanks RichRMA.

The formation was exposed by poor farming practices in the 1930s that led to soil erosion and exposed the underlying shale.

Not aware of any ban on walking on the Badland - we have been walking on it for many years.
