Not to start a flame war but i went to buy grocery today and stopped by cameras section. In my personal opinion all the cameras which they have on stand d7100 and couple of others. I like how dp2q feels in my hand much easier to hold.

I like the idea right from the beginning when I saw this for the first time; its a natural way we hold our hand and now Merrill feels strange and small and gripples

I put a small piece of velcro over the inside edge of the 4-way controller (Merrill name) now called the "Selector" in the Q manual. It makes it a little more comfortable.

I agree that it is easier to hand-hold than the M series and easy to hold down at your leg while you walk around shooting.
