LCD protection

Just bought a new S404, and was wondering what other people have done to protect the LCD from scratches. I saw someone selling LCD protectors on eBay (basically just peel-and-stick plastic film) and was wondering if it works, worth the money, etc.

I'm using it on my S404 and D7i, it works well. You just need a small one for the palm or pocket PC, just cut it to size and put it on the LCD.
