Which one is better,S30 or V3?

I hope it has the god picture quality and it can let me learn some skill about photograph.

If quality is the priority, the S30 is the better option. Better zoom, more manual control.
If size is the priority, V3 is the one =)

An old camera that offers the right features and quality cannot be outrunned by a new camera that lacks the features and quality

The S30 is still worth buying though the S45 is suppose to be the new one which takes over it. Price difference is about $70 which is quite a relatively big margin though the S45 has improvements over the S30, hence the price is worth it.
