PRO:

- Small & good built quality

- Focus is fast (compared to my D90) and flexible due to more focus point

- LCD is good and EVF feels OK even though still far from OVF

- The IQ is very good compared to my 12Mp D90 in high ISO

- The AWB is OK in mix lighting and tend to cooler side.

- Price is good, I got early bird discount and free battery

- Wifi feature helps mobile transfer

- Focus peaking helps using manual lenses and LCD/EVF shows exposure while closing/opening aperture

- Universal hot shoe very useful I can use my SB600 and SB800 also my cheap yongnuo triggers (I got sync speed 1/200 with this flashes, faster than spec)

- Internal flash can be bounce

CONS

- Wish we don't have to buy standard apps (e.g time lapse) and hopefully more useful apps coming this year

- AF will work flawlessly if there's touchscreen feature

- Rough NR shows in high ISO but still acceptable

- Small power internal flash, hopefully it's 10/12GN

- Battery drains too fast, spare battery is a must (for a full day shooting you'll need at least 2 spare battery) and it will be better if you have external charger

Overall i'm very pleased with the performance and sure it can replace my D90. Hopefully there will be more E-mount fix lenses coming e.g compact wide 12mm/14mm f2.8, tele 85mm f1.8 and 60mm/85mm f2.8 macro.

If you are looking for a 12mm, try the new Rokinon 12mm f2. It is very compact for what it is, and very sharp. It is manual focus, but the dof is so huge it really not much of an issue. I'm very pleased with it.
