I'm losing connection from the gh4 to the Ipad after only about six feet of separation. Anyone else getting better range or is this about normal?

Two things:

LANC-controlled zoom possible on GH4 (for 45-175 and 14-42 PZ's). Hopefully this will make slow zooming possible.

The new Wi-Fi app allows full live control in video mode with image monitored. GH3's version had no live video, and no on/off capability - you had to set run time for clip in advance.
