6D & IOS App

Using the Canon app I began 'tethering' my iPhone to my Canon 6D and used it to take shots, download photos etc. All good.

Recently I added the app to my iPad and after an initial fumbling managed to set it up. Now the iPhone app doesn't connect/work.

Are you limited to having one mobile device connected to the camera, or have others managed to connect multi devices to the Canon?

I went through the same fumbling. It is possible to have two different devices paired with the camera (not simultaneously, but at different times). I don't have my camera in front of me, but somewhere in the wi-fi menus, you'll see something like "new set." You can use this "new set" to pair with a second device. Be prepared for a little more fumbling!

I had the same issue, it took me a while to realize I needed to define different sets for my tablet and phone. It appears that each wifi function can have up to three different sets defined for them?
