Hello

Nice colors, nice attempt to create some life in the picture.

But you should move closer. And the background and the DOF kills the pictures. Unavoidable busy background? I don´t think so. A number of things you could have done.
  • another time of the day, when no other visitors
  • less DOF, to blur the background
  • used a fill flash, and made background darker, and the people "pop"
  • used the sea as background
Background often spoils pictures. Get some inspiration here:

Hi, thanks for the comment

I want to see if DP2m shutter system can be use to "catch" such an instant moment. Fact that it use LCD for framing may create issues as it will have delay compared to real object movement. normally in DSLR/rangefinder with optical VF, i have high rate of success taking such an object. my experience with DP2m shows me that it can do it, can't comment on success rate yet.

another action shots this morning.

Some nice work catching still moments, the jumps are especially impressive.

Would you say that the best method to make decisive moment photographs is to not look at the screen more than for the general framing but to look at the object of interest and press the shutter button when the decisive moment happen?

My monitor shows green tint for te picture. Try to shoot in Raw and correct the colors, with some more saturation and contrast your pictures will stand out more. You can also crop to focus on your main subject and cut some of the background distraction. You have a great camera capable of great work keep exploring.

Not to be overly critical, but your images have the green tint as well on my calibrated monitor. I also agree with the DOF comments, however I do understand the challenges with shooting these types of images with the DP2M...perhaps using manual mode and pre-focusing manually would make things a bit easier.
