since some days I have a hefty problem with the brightness of the pictures. with A for Aperture priority, when I look to a place that has low light or has a black surface, the cam goes to very long shutter speed like 5" or 6" and the light is so bright on the LCD that it burns your eyes and the pics looks overbright... when I look to a bright place or a white wall, the shutter speed goes like 1/20 and the pics are under lightened. the only chance to take normal pics is to play with the M-Manual settings. I have a NEX-7 too and it makes absolutely normal pics side by side with the same settings.

look at the pics.

any idea, what is here the problem?

Um, is the camera set to spot metering instead of matrix / evaluative?

I would check in the menu. There's a screen brightness adjustment which can be turned up for use in bright sunlight. Set it back to normal if it's up too high.
