I feel kind of bad. I got mine from Looking Glass Photo in Berkeley last week. They had several in stock. Thanks to a tip here I managed to snag one. Arrived today. Theirs were all gone that same afternoon.

Put a reserve on one at my local brick and mortar camera store. I've had it since October 2, the day they called me up and told me it arrived.

I just missed the 1st shipment to my local austin stored. I preordered and it came 2 weeks later. 7 cameras were preodered on first batch and fulfulled. 2 more cameras came and i lucked out

A bit complicated. I was waiting "on the list" at one store, but by chance I'd stopped in at another, where I was told they'd expected a small shipment of E-M1 bodies 3 days later. I put it on my credit card and to my surprise, the camera arrived exactly as predicted. I informed the first store, advising them to remove my name from the waiting list--they thanked me for letting them know.
BTW, the store where I bought the E-M1 has been mentioned here several times: Camera World.

Samy's Camera, a local Olympus Premier Dealer, about three weeks.
I made the mistake of not pre-ordering the camera when it was first announced because I was convinced I wanted/needed a OVF like that on my E-5. The online previews and reviews changed my mind, and I'm absolutely blown away by the E-M1. There was a waiting list when I finally placed my order and Samy's has been filling it as cameras trickle in -- I picked my camera up this last Saturday.
I also ordered the HLD-7 and M.Zuiko 12-40 f/2.8, but they haven't come in yet.
