Lens dust/dirt on Panasonic FZ-150

I've had the Panasonic FZ150 for a couple of years; I've taken 1000's of pictures and always been satisfied with its performance. Recently, however, when focusing on a shot, I will see lens dust in the view finder and it will be seen on the imagine after taking it. If I turn the camera off, or change the mode, the dirty lenses condition will disappear, the focus is clear and no dust.

Is this something I can correct/fix or am I going to have to send it to a "service center"

I've attached samples of the problems.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Any help would be appreciated.

There are a few threads about this on the Panasonic Compact Camera forum.

Basically either get it serviced or try gently vacuuming the zoom lens.....at your own risk!
