NEW CANON T3i LENS

I read somewhere on here about new lens for the T3i and want to make sure when I buy my new camera bundle it's not a bait and switch type deal ,can some give me the new model numbers ?

Most T3i kits will include the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II zoom lens.

Some may bundle it with the EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS zoom lens instead.

Both of these lenses are older.

The newest lenses are the 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM,

And the EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM.

By all accounts you can't go wrong with either of these new STM lenses (depending on the thickness of your wallet of course ).

Though the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II is still a very good lens if money is tight!
