VHBW batteries for DP Merrill

I have ordered a pair of those from Amazon. They are not fitting into the DP2M. I have sent them back.

The batteries don't fit for any Sigma camera. Perhaps your designation is wrong? You should check.

for my cameras, but the Sigma ones were affordable, so I just bought two more of those last month - about $35, I think.

what do you mean? You eneded up buying 2 original Sigma batteries or those I mentioned?

I'm referring to those VHBW listed on eBay seller is VHBW store, reported they are for the DP Merrill series

I was traveling and hadn't planned on buying the DP2M, so I couldn't use eBay or Amazon. The Sigma batteries were cheap enough, and B&H didn't have third party batteries available, so I bought two extras. For a GH3 camera, also bought at that time, I did buy third party batteries (Watson brand) which B&H had. I am not familiar with the batteries you referenced.

I now have four Sigma batteries, so I don't think I'll need to buy any more for a while.
