Since I'm used to shoot with SLR:s I value the features of this camera higly. For average photographer like myself this camera tryly is a gift; affordable, very versatile and a nice helping hand for a traditional SLR. The only downside of this camera is the image quality when using it in full automatic mode. Luckily it can produce some tryly fine pictures when you learn the right tricks. Even though the pictures taken with full automatic are a bit out of focus, you can sharpen them out nicely with Photoshop. When done so you can clearly see the high detail level this camera produces despite the small blurryness. I recommend the optional LI-Ion battery for anyone who is going to seriously shoot with this camera, but it's nice to have this regular AA battery option too. I tested a lot of different cameras before the purchase and this one is definitely the best bang for the buck. This is if you value the full control over all parameters, nice optical zoom and a good wievfinder.

Problems:

Zoom feels a bit cheap. Batterys don't last that long.
