Great camera for the money (I paid about $500 in The Netherlands). Construction gives you a firm grip and thus a good stability. Has a digita interface which is very easy to use. Unfortunately some functions can only be accesed through the display and not by a button on the camera (or something alike) in manual mode (whitebalance, macro/normal mode, manual focus).
Since it's a semi-SLR brightness of the final result is different than shown on display. Battery consumpion with display turned off is reasonable with 4 NIMH batteries (about 50-75 pictures which is more than enough for me).
Comes with great software (ACDsee, a.o.)

Problems:

Things I miss on this camera:
Bulb in shutter priority. Good add-on lenses (Tiffen has small variety), camera case. But nothing serious.
