I previously owned a fuji mx-1700, which in and of itself is a fine well built camera that took excellent pix and was solidly constructed. That being said, let me state here and now that this is quite possibly the finest value in digital camera's currently available!! I have made 5x7 and yes even 8x10's,(which at least in theory is not possible), that are simply stunning!! they rival the quality of my maxxxum 7 35 SLR, no joke.The secret is in the glass, the fuji lens is really amazing.Run, do not walk, and snatch one of these pups up before they are history!!!
Problems:
people complain about the visibility of the viewfinder, I have found it no less usable, than the average lcd on a DC.
