I searched a lot for a digicam, and the QV-2900 beats all the others. You might say the image quality isn't perfect, but what camera's is? You might think that Casio doesn't have a background in photography, but they were making digicams before anyone else thought about it! The QV-2900 has a suberb zoom capability, and even at the max of 32x, image quality is very good, sharp and clear. I can get enough of shooting with this camera, specially scenes of wild life (zoom is great for that!), people (they don't even know i'm shooting them!) and landscapes. The flash is a good thing to use when in a low light environment. The body is light weight, and although made of plastic looks quite resistante. Battery consumption is a bit "heavy"! Anyway, if you want a camera to take great pictures (believe me, 2.11 mexapixels is quality enough!), with a suberb zoom, excellent features, qne the best value for money in the market today, buy the QV-2900!!!
Problems:
Casio could improve this camera with a image stabilization program. When using the zoom at its full capacity (32x - 1280mm) the tripod is a must!
