Well this is my first digital camera, and i took a great deal choosing it.
I think the overall i good, it has a great macro, the quality is pretty good (it's only 1.3 megapixeles so i think it's just what you need).
I like the construction, when you see it you just know it's not going to break easily.
It has some features so not everything is set or auto and you can't actually play a little and pretend you know something about photography.
I think the value for money is not as good as i thought at the beggining, and thats because you HAVE to buy the kit with the charger and infolithium, because when you are downloading you are consuming power and i rather not to use the batteries but the cable to the outlet.
I like the video stuff , it's a shame it doesn't have sound, but when you are travelling by yourself is nice not having to ask everyone to take you a picture but shooting a video with you included.
I haven't printed any pictures, so when i speak about picture quality i'm talking about what i see in the pc screen.

i bought mine at best buy, and the first one came with a flash problem, but i went to the store and they change it for the one i got and it's working fine.
