sony mavica cd-1000 was $1200.usd in usa-now $700.usd. disks were $5.usd each in usa-now 50 packs on spindle for $35.00-i got all at compusa.im going around the world overland for 5th time and am excited about zoom and storage capabilities of this camera.shot samples at:

Problems:
delay between shots-short battery time-no nightshot(nvg-like sony video camcorders)long auto focus time.action shots missed catching only a portion of selection.its still the best camera in the world.......
